My preferred method of payment is Paypal.
I can also accept personal cheques, however I will not mail your item until the payment has been received and cleared in my account.
It's hard to give exact shipping costs. If I find at time of postage that my estimate is significantly more or less than quoted, this may result in a refund to you, or I may need to request additional funds. If this is the case, I will always contact you to see if you'd like to go ahead with your order.
I aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated it the items shipping information. Sometimes this may take a little longer, but I will always confirm this by email.
All UK orders will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Your order should arrive between 1 and 3 days after postage. This is not tracked. If you would like your item to be trackable, please convo me and I can adjust the shipping cost for you.
If your order is urgent or you simply can't wait, I'm happy to send orders by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery at an additional cost. Please contact me before ordering so that I can adjust the shipping costs for you.
I am based in the UK so all International orders will be sent by Royal Mail AirMail. This service is not tracked. If you would like to be able to track your order, please let me know and I can arrange this and adjust the postage accordingly. Royal mail suggests that this delivery method takes around 5 working days, however on average these orders seem to take about 10 days*. If you need your order urgently, please let me know and I will do my best to find a speedier method.
*please also note that these shipping times are estimates and around the holidays, shipping can take longer than normal.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, I will do my best to work with you to find a solution. All of my pieces are made to the highest standard and photographed accurately. So what you see is genuinely what you get.
Personalised items are non-returnable.
Breakages: I pack my orders very carefully, however sometimes accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, simply photograph the damaged packaging and product and email the photos to me within 48 hours of receipt. I will then be able to send you a replacement or issue a refund.
