Making jewelry is a fun way for me to play fashionista for awhile. I take inspiration from various international arts such as Japanese prints, Indian saris and Moorish tile work.
ABOUT THE JEWELRY: Often, I make several pairs of the same earring. However, due to the handmade nature of the porcelain pendants,and the natural variations in the semiprecious stones I use for embellishment, each pair can be considered completely one-of-a-kind. This means that sometimes, there may be slight variations with each pair. If you are unsatisfied in any way, I do accept returns.
You will find three sections in the shop. One highlights my great fascination with Japanese kamon, or family crests. Kamon are typically compact, stylized images of an item from nature, a tool, or a structure that symbolizes a particular family. They delight me with their clean lines and elegant balance, and I hope you like them too!
