☆ All my jewelry is individually designed and carefully handmade by me, so you can be assured of excellent quality workmanship in every piece

☆ I am happy to gift-wrap your purchase and include a handwritten gift message free of charge

☆ All profits from my jewellery sales are donated to charity, and proceeds go to Cancer Research and my beautiful 14th century village church

☆ Custom orders are welcome, and most of my designs can be customised or adjusted to suit ~ simply contact me with your requirements

Payment

☆ I accept credit and debit card payments by PayPal

Shipping

☆ In-stock items are usually shipped next working day, Monday to Friday. Custom and made to order items are usually shipped within 7 business days. Let me know if you are in a hurry and I will do my best to help!

☆ All purchases are shipped to your verified PayPal address. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and able to accept secure delivery

☆ Orders under £50 are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail in the UK, and standard Air Mail to Europe, Australia, USA and Canada

☆ Orders over £50 value are dispatched via Recorded Delivery in the UK, and tracked Airsure to Europe, Australia, USA and Canada, and will require a signature on delivery

☆ Delivery times vary depending on your location and your country's security & customs policy. Once shipped, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to the UK, 7 days to Europe, and 7-28 days to Australia, USA and Canada


Refunds and Exchanges

☆ Your satisfaction is my priority and I hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase! Please contact me within 2 days of receipt if you are unhappy for any reason

☆ Most items are returnable by agreement, within 5 days of receipt and in their original and unused condition, for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping

☆ Sorry, but earrings (for your protection) and custom orders are not refundable
