Payment

• money orders/cashiers checks by mail
I expect payments to be made in a fair amount of time... lets say 2-3 days for PayPal and 7 days for your money order in the mail. If I do not receive payment or communication from you, item will be relisted and neg feedback will be left.
Shipping
USA - Everything will be packaged carefully with an Essem Design sticker and mailed by USPS First Class w/delivery confirmation.
International - Orders also go First Class mail but unfortunately US Postal Service does NOT give me any tracking info when it gets to your country!
Rush shipping - Please convo me if you need faster shipping than USPS First Class mail. USPS Priority is 2-3 days guaranteed and usually only costs about $5.
*NOTE* I am not responsible for items once they leave my hands but I will always work with you if there is a prob and you convo me! I also try to be green and reuse boxes, use bubble mailers from recycled paper and use biodegradable peanuts :)
♥ If its a gift, I can ship it directly to the recipient with a note, just convo me or put in "message to seller" when you check out.
Refunds and Exchanges
I would not sell anything that I would not be proud to have for myself! Refunds/returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis so if you have any probs at all with your order or shipping, do not hesitate to contact me before leaving feedback and I will gladly work it out with you!

Please take extra care of all handmade items!
Resin necklaces and jewelry pieces are hand cast by me in resin in several careful layers with drying time in between. The edges are sanded and then the whole thing is topped with a super glossy top coat for shine and durability. Resin is not recommended to be worn in hot or overly warm conditions. So like, please dont wear it sunbathing, leave it in a hot car or run a marathon in it ;)
Prints and matted prints are all standard sizes for store-bought frames. Mats are acid free and prints are on Kodak brand paper.
Hand-made wooden goods like frames are coated in UV-resistant clear acrylic and should be wiped down gently with no chemicals please. Slight bumps, texture or defects in the surface are normal but I do try to make everything as perfect as I can!
