100% of my payment for most of the African painted, powderglass beads that I offer, directly supports a tiny non-profit organization in Ghana, Africa. This volunteer-run agency is dedicated to developing sustainable employment opportunities for working-age orphans and other young people, through the sale of their beads and beadwork. I am proud to offer their high-quality beads to you, my customer.

Susanclare Policies :
1.) SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders will be shipped via USPS on Mondays and Thursdays. Thank you for your patience!
For most items in a multiple item order I cut postage fees by approx. 70% after the first item - many are shipped for free.

2.) PAYMENT:
I now accept money orders, checks and Paypal payment at this time. I hope to utilize Amazon and Dwolla in the near future.
Please be aware if using a check that your purchase will ship as soon as your check clears.

3.)PRIVACY:
I do not share your mailing/contact information with anyone. Period.

4.)RETURNS:
Please contact me with any concerns. Your satisfaction is my priority!

5.)PAYPAL PAYMENT DEADLINE:
If you do not complete Paypal payment transaction within three days from the purchase date, I will cancel the transaction and return those items to my shop.

6.) LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your purchase should get lost during shipping or arrive damaged, please contact me right away. I will offer you option of a replacement (if this item is available) or a refund for that item via Paypal.
