Beginning in the late 1970's, numerous trips to Europe and Asia resulted in the accumulation of our huge inventory of rare and unusual beads. Much of this material is no longer even available in today's marketplace!
My husband is a well-known gemological authority, a former Smithsonian Institution Museum of Natural History curator, and the author of 7 books on gems and minerals so you can be sure that what we list in our shop is as it is represented. We pride ourselves on offering the finest and most unique pieces and guarantee all our gemstones to be natural.
