Welcome to my shop. Please look around and feel free to ask questions or make comments. I always appreciate knowing what I can do to help serve you better. I appreciate the help. Please be aware that I do have a cat that sometimes decides to quality check my wools (even though I would prefer he did not, he seems to have the ability to walk through walls). If you have a severe cat allergy it may be best to purchase from someone else.
I hand dye most everything in the shop myself. I do my best to rinse the excess dyes out but sometimes there will still be some dye that will come out in the first few washes.
Also I use both commercially produced rovings, and also fleece from farms. Though I do my best there may be small amounts of VM that should fall out through spinning. Sometimes fibers may contain lanolin. I will do my best to describe all items in my shop to the best of my abilities. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

Payment
I prefer payment through Paypal, Money Order. If you would like to pay by money order please let me know. I will ship orders after payments arrive and clear. If you buy multiple items please message me so I can send you an updated invoice with the shipping discounts.
Shipping
I will ship items usually by USPS with delivery confirmation. I can also ship quicker through USPS, UPS, or Fedex if you would like. If you purchase more than one item I will combine shipping when possible into one package and send at the best rate. If you have any questions please let me know. I do not include insurance in the cost of shipping under $100. If you would like to add insurance please let me know and I would be happy to send you an adjusted invoice with the correct shipping costs.
While I do my best to package and get items off promptly, I am not able to control packages once they have been accepted at the shipping facility.
If I have overestimated shipping over $1.50 I will refund via paypal after shipping. I do ship in the US and worldwide where able.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will attempt to describe my items as best as I am able including pictures. The color you see on your monitor might be different from actual color. I try to explain the color along with the photos.
Please realize they are all handmade and not perfect.
If you receive an item and it is not what you ordered, there has been a mistake, or you feel the item is absolutely not what was described please contact me immediately. For mistakes on my part I will pay for the return shipping and either exchange or refund.
