EverandBliss' Shop Policies
I adore handmade stuff. My favourite pastime is cruising craft sales. Due to the nature of these items, I expect them to be not perfect, but definitely unique and that is what my shop is all about. I am sharing the things that put a smile on my face with you.
If you like something but need some minor changes, I'd happily custom make it to the best of my ability and with available supplies.
I accept payment by PayPal. Payment is due within 24 hours of purchasing the item otherwise, the order will be cancelled. If this can not be done, please let me know and we'll work something out.
Payments must be made in full before the item(s) are shipped.
If you need to cancel an order this may be done only if the item has not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, please talk to me and we can work out a refund if necessary.
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving full payment.
Items will be shipping via Canada Post using the regular mail service. This is to keep the shipping costs down. If you want your item sooner, I can ship via Canada Post Expidited Services. There may be an additional charge. Please ask me if you are interested.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not happy, I'm not happy! If anything is broken when you get it due to shipping, give me a shout and I'll give you a credit on your next purchase! If you need anything refunded because it wasn't what you wanted when you got it, then send me a note and we'll work it out or I'll custom make it to how you expected it.
Any refunds issued after the item has been shipped will exclude the shipping fees.
