It started when I was five and sang "The Twelve Days of Christmas" to each classroom in Hamtramck Public Schools. I guess the teachers thought it was cool that I could remember all 12 days.
Singing and acting were (and still are) a passion and a way to make a living for many years (meeting my bass playing husband was a bonus, too).
29 years, 3 teenage sons and one rescue dog later, I discovered the joys of sewing and doll making. I am still a work in progress. trying to find my "style" but I enjoy making dolls nonetheless and also enjoy interpreting other doll makers patterns.
