It is with a heavy heart that I tell you Fabulously Fierce Pets is closed permanently. After much reflection on the company I have decided to go in a new direction.

I have opened a brand new handmade pet shop on Etsy called The Willow Goose. This shop has a wider range of items to suit many different tastes. You can find The Willow Goose at the following sites:

I have been running my other Etsy shop fabulouslyfierce.etsy.com for over a year now making alternative home decor but my two dogs Henry and Willow inspired me to expand into pet products.

Payment

I accept PayPal and RME. To pay with RME please note this along with your RME email address in the "notes to seller" section and I will send you an invoice. Prompt payment is required!! If payment is not received within 24 hours the sale will be canceled and proper feedback will be left. Please note that work on custom items will not begin until payment is made.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: 9.25% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to California.

Shipping

Items will ship Monday - Friday. Small items will ship USPS First Class mail. Larger items will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Should you need a rush order on your item please convo me before paying and I will send you an updated invoice with the new shipping cost.

I will ship international through USPS First Class or Priority International, but please be aware that this can take weeks to reach you, depending on your country's customs policy. If you would like to add Certificate of Mailing to your order for $1.15, please convo me BEFORE paying and I will send an updated invoice. If you do not see an international shipping option in a listing, then please convo me for a quote.

Priority Shipping is available for domestic and international shipping upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

When purchasing a collar, please measure your pet's neck carefully to make sure of proper fit. Please read all descriptions and policies carefully, and convo me BEFORE buying if you have any questions. I do not do refunds or exchanges unless I have misrepresented the item in any way. If this is the case, I will refund your money minus shipping costs once I have received the item back. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items through the fault of the postal service.
