We currently accept only paypal for payment. Payment is expected when checking out. Thank you!
Shipping
If you are purchasing your item as a gift, please let us know! We would be happy to include a special note, or even gift wrap your purchase, with no additional charge.
Unless other plans are made at the time of purchase, all items are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Parcel Post, whichever is least expensive.
Delivery confirmation, when available, is included in the shipping cost, and the delivery confirmation number will be sent via email or Etsy convo upon request.
If you wish to purchase insurance on your item, please contact us for additional costs.
To lower the cost of shipping, and reduce the amount of waste added to landfills, we reuse packaging materials whenever possible.
Shipping is done once a week, and your order needs to be placed at least 24 hours prior for packaging. Custom orders may require additional time.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Faerie Gardens is willing to create one of a kind pins and pendants, as well as other items, depending on available materials.
We are also able to create custom graphics for your Esty shop, blog, or other website.
Original handmade journals, cards, and scrapbook albums, pages, and embellishments are also available at your request.
Please contact us with your request, and we will be happy to see what we can do for you! Payment is required up front, unless other arrangements are made.
