Welcome to Fairy Nana Land! I take great care in making each costume and never knowingly ship out anything defective or that I would not consider good enough for a member of my own family to wear. I hope if you are happy with your purchase you will do me the honor of leaving me positive feedback - and if you are not, please give me the opportunity to make things right. It is my goal to have you truly happy with the items you purchase in Fairy Nana Land!
Payment
Payment in full is due at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours I will remind you by email you and if I do not receive an immediate reply I will cancel the transaction. Please understand that this is a very small business and I cannot afford to keep items out of selling inventory unless that have been paid for.
I only accept payment through paypal.
Unfortunately, due to p[ast experience I have had to make it my policy not to hold or reserve items without a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. The maximum amount of time I will do this is 30 days.
The reason for this is that once I have taken an item out of inventory by placing it on HOLD or RESERVE for a customer, I lose the ability to sell it to anyone else. Therefore, if the person for whom the item is RESERVED later changes their mind or fails to complete payment, I may well have lost valuable time and opportunities to sell that item. I do not hold items for longer than 30 days under any circumstances.
Shipping
Please note: I am legally blind and can no longer drive so I must rely on scheduled pickups from Fedex and the USPS for shipping. These pickups only take place ONCE a day and if I have not received your full payment by the time of pickup (7am pacific coastal time) I am not able to ship your package until the next day.
I try my very best to ensure that I get the bet possible rates for my customers while still making sure that I properly package the items they have purchased from me.
When size permits I use USPS flat rate shipping. If breakage is not a problem I use plastic mailers. But sometimes costumes include bulky and/or extra delicate items such as fairy wings and fairy crowns sometimes require large, sturdy packaging or special handling. These boxes cost- $4-$8 each not including the celo bags and other packing materials I use to keep your purchase safe - so please keep that in mind when you see how much shipping your costume costs! Also - if it turns out you have overpaid when I ship your items I will refund the overage to you!

Refunds and Exchanges
Unless there is damage during shipping that can be substantiated, there are no refunds on my costumes...although under certain circumstances I do arrange for exchanges.
I am unable by law to accept returns on leotards as I cannot legally resell them once they have been tried on.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of my items are either "completely finished and ready to ship" or "made to order" (meaning once I receive payment and measurements I will make the item as described in the listing.) Items that are "made to order" generally take 2 weeks until I am ready to ship them. If a customer requests any changes, alterations or anything additional (not in the listing) there will be a change fee of $35 plus the cost of whatever has been requested.
RUSH FEE - There is a $50 fee for orders that a customer requests be done in less than two weeks time.) This is subject to my ability to do your order in rush time.
A portion of my sales goes directly to the "FAIRY NANA PROJECT" which makes and distributes fairy and super hero costumes for children with life threatening diseases. If you would like to view a video on this please link to:
