Most pieces listed here are ready, now! A few describe the custom order options available and easy ordering process.

Fine Home Decor, Tile, Wearable Art Necklaces, Buttons & Pins. Thoughtful gifts! Easy to give!! 100% handmade by me & all start from a ball of fine white clay! Each piece is ready now, but each took me 6 weeks to carve, shape, dry slowly, sand, fire, apply multiple layers of delicate, watercolor-like glaze & kiln fire, again. I hope you find one you or someone you know would appreciate!

Thoughtful gifts!

Please come see me at work and play at (or consider my custom made work.) Each visit you make is appreciated!

The process begins in my garden...

With my grandmother’s rolling pin, I combine my favorite garden cuttings or handcarvings with fine white clay to create one-of-a-kind pieces, perfect for your home or for that special gift. Simple, but sophisticated home decor wall hangings, sculptural pieces, hangable tiles, ornaments and more that all FEEL as delightful as they look! Each piece takes about 6-8 weeks to create. Did I mention that they’re food safe, too?

I wish you could join me, feel the velvety softness of the cool, damp clay, pick a nearby leaf and press it evenly into your freshly rolled clay, then experience "the reveal". It's a wonderful feeling! And that'd be just the beginning :)

I'm posting pics here of what's up in my studio this week. I hope you'll stop in & let me know what you think! Currently finishing this year's newest ornaments and a limited # of LARGE WALL HANGING TRAYS featuring an assortment of perennial favorites and a few wildflowers for Holiday Giving. Soon, I'll be wrapping up this year's CUSTOM requests, taking requests for next year, & designing a couple special new projects (still under wraps!). Hope you'll come see! and Thank YOU for helping keep me busy!

Every remaining wall hanging tray in my Etsy Shop has Sold! BUT, in the 'works' right now are: MAPLE, GINKGO, JACK-in-the-PULPIT, LILY of the VALLEY, GUINEA HEN, XL TULIP, CONEFLOWER, TRILLIUM, HOSTA, OAK, DAISY, & more, in process, now! Due to be completed in the next 2 - 3 weeks! I'd be delighted to have you pick your favorite for your home, collection, or for that very special one-of-a-kind gift!

I learned SO MUCH at the FABULOUSLY ATTENDED National Button Society's Diamond Jubilee Convention this year, where I met collectors from far and wide, including a family who traveled with 4 generations of button collectors! Response to my newest buttons was WONDERFUL and this great group could not have been more supportive! Thank you for a delightful experience, and especially for meeting with me at Studio 213! In case you're wondering, Yes, I did return home with some commemorative button leftovers, and will happily add one to your next order, if you'd like! If you prefer a certain one of my 4 designs, leave me a note and I'll do my best to accommodate your wishes!! ((At this writing, available are: 'NBS 75th," "Home of Houdini, 2013," "Appleton 2013," and the antique lock with the chain-link border. All 4 are kiln fired ceramic from white clay, in square shapes. I glazed each design in similar colors, but all look different because of the effect of my watercolor-glaze application, which gave most a sort of tie-dye look.))
