FantastiCrafts' Shop Policies
Thank you so much for visiting my shop. If you have any questions or would like to discuss alterations or a custom order, send me a note.
I only accept payment through Paypal. However, if you do not have a Paypal account, you can use your credit card by choosing the Paypal option and then selecting "pay by credit card." Your item will be shipped after your payment has been received.
Please check that your shipping address is correct on your Paypal account. That is the address I will use to ship your order. If you would like me to use a different address, send me a convo and I will do so.
Your items will ship within the next two business days unless I am out of town (see shop announcement) or there is an emergency. I will keep you updated on the shipping in these events.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that we work together to resolve the issue.
If you decide that you need to return your item, please send it back in its original condition within 7 days after delivery for an exchange or refund (minus shipping).
Please note that earrings and custom orders are non-refundable.
