Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
All sizes are included in listings and item details. Table linen size choices are the FINISHED SIZE of the item. Your table needs to be smaller if you want overhang of the runner or tablecloth. If a different size is needed, or if help is needed with ordering the correct size- simply send us a message, and we will reply as quickly as possible.
Care instructions
Care instructions are included in your package upon delivery, however please message us if you have a question beforehand.
Wholesale availability
We do accept wholesale orders depending upon quantity from event planners, store owners, or other business owners. We will also blind drop-ship for you. Just message us.
Can I get help with ordering the correct size of a linen?
We are ecstatic to help you with correct sizing before ordering to avoid any confusion. Simply message us!
What if the color is not quite what I expected?
We strongly urge you to order fabric samples beforehand to make sure it is the color and feel that you are looking for. We do not accept returns for incorrect color if you have not ordered a fabric or ribbon sample first. Since all computer monitors are different, please take this into account. We can all have a positive Etsy experience with this simple step.
What if my order arrives late for my event?
If there is no event date or needed date mentioned at the time of purchase, or if we have not received an email, and the order is shipped within the time parameters listed either in shop announcement or buyer invoice, there will be a 50% restocking charge upon return. Return shipping charges are buyer's responsibility,
Turnaround times are shown on your buyer invoice the date that purchase was made.
Also, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS! If you have any doubts about the address we have, please message us and ask. We ship to the Etsy address on file, but we will ship elsewhere for you. We will let you know if there is an extra charge.
What if my order is held up in customs?
Please refer to late event arrival question. We are not responsible for orders being held up in international customs for any reason or for any customs or duties tax. That is the buyer's responsibility.
Are custom orders returnable?
Custom orders are non-returnable, unless a mistake was made on our part.
Do you sell your fabric?
Yes, some of our fabrics are available for outside sale. Just message us for availability and a price quote.
