FavorCakes' Shop Announcement

Thank you for visiting FavorCakes by Erica. I specialize in creating custom favor box cakes for your special event or celebration.

How to order your custom FavorCake:

1. Feel free to look at the photos of various FavorCakes I've created for past parties.

2. Contact me if you see a design you'd like for your event or if you have a special theme and would like a matching FavorCake. Be sure to include the date of your party and how many guests will attend.

3. After the details of your order are set and you've received a price quote, a special listing will be created for you to purchase.

4. Once cleared payment is received, I'll begin working on your cake. You'll also receive an email with an estimated completion date. Please allow up to 14 days for your custom order to be complete and shipped.

*Weddings and larger celebrations needing several FavorCakes will require more lead time.

What are FavorCakes?

FavorCakes are handmade boxes designed to look like cakes. The boxes can be filled with party favors and small treats. They make a unique centerpiece for Baby Showers, Birthdays, Wedding Parties, and Holiday Gatherings. When the party's over simply pull each box to give them to your guests.

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment at FavorCakes.
Check out securely using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. With PayPal your payment reaches us instantly and allows you to receive your items sooner.

Once your payment method has cleared, we will begin making your FavorCake. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days of completion.

Shipping

We gladly ship anywhere in the United States via US Postal Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to arrive. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

All FavorCakes are made to order. For birthdays and themed parties please allow up to 14 days for custom orders to be complete and shipped. For weddings and larger parties please contact me for more information on lead times.

For International orders, please contact us for shipping rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will provide a full refund for cancellations within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.

Orders canceled after the 24 hour grace period will only be refunded for 50% of the purchase price and the full shipping charge. Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original account used for payment.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE POLICY

I take every care and measure possible to package your FavorCake securely to ensure a safe arrival. Unfortunately, accidents can happen during shipping. In the event a FavorCake does arrive damaged, please contact me IMMEDIATELY so we can work together on a solution beneficial for both parties.
