The majority of our items have been pre owned by the family and therefore the provenance and age is guaranteed. I regularly receive items from family members in Europe so keep a look out for new items weekly!

She is in charge of all the shipping and accounting!
- I accept PayPal and credit cards and direct payment from your account (called eCheck).
We ship not later than two days after payment is made. Shipping charges also include careful packaging.
-If you pay through Paypal, Items are shipped to your address stated on your PAYPAL account. Kindly let me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.
-Items over $50 will be insured at no extra cost to the buyer.
-I ship everything through Paypal, or USPS that way you will have a tracking number.
-Overseas shipments will have to be mailed at the post office and often no tracking number is available. - There could a possible delay due to Customs random check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common. And this is also the case during Christmas and New Year time.
- If you have not received your item after one month from the date it was shipped please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback. Kindly contact me and I am more than happy to help solve the problem.
- Customers are responsible for the taxes or fees claimed by the Customs of their countries and it is their responsibility to educate themselves about the taxes in their country

Refunds and Exchanges
Vintage items have been used and loved…most often discovered carefully stored away in an out of the way closet for many years. It is not uncommon for pieces to show some signs of wear. I carefully inspect each piece to make sure that you get the most accurate and informed description possible. All items are sold as is – so please ask any necessary questions prior to purchasing. If a flaw accidently escapes my inspection, please let me know as soon as possible (and before leaving feedback!) and I will be happy to help remedy the situation. My wish is that you love your vintage item as much as its original owner!-
If you are really not happy with your purchase I can issue a refund minus shipping fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought and you would like to return it back for refund please contact me, not later than 3 days after receipt for my postal address where to send it back, and send it back within 7 days of receipt.
-I stand by the quality of my items, so if there is any error on my part (for example i say 14K and it is 10K) a full refund will be issued on return of the item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the order back to me either for refund or exchange.
