3 out of 5 starsThe communication and timing was all good. I wasn't as pleased with the product. Although the ship clearly mentioned 'used' it looked more worn out than I had imagined. Quality looks sturdy though.

Buyer "wasn't pleased with the product' because she thought she was buying a laptop case and demanded a refund. Item was not worn out and just like the pictures. This is a blatant case of buyer's remorse by someone who does not read the description and then tries to wrangle a refund. When that didn't happen she retaliated.

1 out of 5 starsI was very disappointed with this purchase. This handbag was sold as calf skin leather and it is not leather at all. Also a zippered pocket was full of pistachio nut shells. As my son is allergic to nuts, this was especially disturbing. I had asked before I bought it if it was clean and if there were any unexpected surprises. Seller said it was clean and always stored carefully. Seller would not refund my return postage and is still insisting it is leather. I offered to take it to a leather shop for verification and at that point she said she would refund my money if I sent it back. I don't think i should have to pay for return shipping if it wasn't as described. No where on the bag does it say "genuine leather". The bag is not a bad bag, but it is still plastic and the price was too much for a plastic handbag.

Unfortunately, buyer was unfamiliar with Enny bags which are ONLY made of soft leather. Buyer must not know the difference between plastic and leather as she insisted it was plastic! She wanted to get proof that it was not (impossible) but that would have gone over my 14 day refund policy so I immediately refunded the full amount. Nut shells? I didnt find any on return... anyway, this is a quality LEATHER bag and will go to someone who appreciates Enny Craftsmanship.

-If you pay through Paypal, Items are shipped to your address stated on your PAYPAL account. Kindly let me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.
-Items over $50 will be insured at no extra cost to the buyer.
-I ship everything through Paypal, or USPS that way you will have a tracking number.
International Shipping:
-Overseas shipments will have to be mailed at the post office and often no tracking number is available. - There could a possible delay due to Customs random check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common. And this is also the case during Christmas and New Year time.
- If you have not received your item after one month from the date it was shipped please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback. Kindly contact me and I am more than happy to help solve the problem.
- Customers are responsible for the taxes or fees claimed by the Customs of their countries and it is their responsibility to educate themselves about the taxes in their country
