1 out of 5 starsMy item was not shipped on time. When contacting the seller, she was extremely rude. Here is her response to me: You pretty much have no idea what you're talking about. I am a fulltime mother and student and my policy is MY policy for a reason. It's what I have to do and what works for me. ALL sellers have processing and shipping times according to what works for them. Which is the nature of owning your own business. You do what you want and people are free to take it or leave it. I do not need to explain to you why my timeline is the way it is. You're arrogant. You would read shipping times on any website before making any sort of purchase. That's your problem. I'm not refunding your money, your item shipped already like I said it would. DO NOT tell me what happened with my machine or my choice of time in contacting you.....

1 out of 5 starsI never received my order and when I contacted seller they were non responsive. The absolute worst customer service when I finally did reach them. Zero communication during transaction.
