Welcome! I'm thrilled you're considering an original Fine & Fleurie piece!
Most of my products are MADE-TO-ORDER at the time of purchase, so please allow 10 to 14 business days for completion of your special item. Also please consider we are shipping USPS Priority mail from Vicenza, Italy and typical package transit time is 10 days.
Rush orders are handled on a case by case basis and anyone interested in a rush order should email jessica [!at] fineandfleurie.com

All US packages are mailed via USPS Priority Mail.
All packages are sent to the address provided on your Etsy order. In order to prevent delays, please be certain this address is complete and correct
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WELCOME!
It is my pleasure to ship my work all over the world. Please note that if you are an international buyer by purchasing from my shop you are aknowledging the fact that international transit times can vary widely and often take 2 to 4 weeks (this transit time is in addition to my 10 working days to create your special piece). Email jessica [!at] fineandfleurie.com with any questions or concerns!
**Any international fees such as VATs are the sole responsibility of the international buyer. No reimbursements or adjustments will be made for these fees.**
Refunds and Exchanges
Each piece is made for customers as it is ordered. For this reason, and also due to the delicate and special occasion nature of bridal products, I generally do no accept returns. I encourage customers to get in touch prior to placing an order with any questions about product details.
Please note I do not make samples or "try and return" pieces.
I do require communication for any and all possible returns (email@example.com). Any items sent back without communication will not be accepted. Please get in touch! In the event we do agree on a return, any returned items need to be in their original unworn condition & packaging. A full refund minus shipping charges will be given once the returned item has reached me.
