Hand built free formed ceramic clay home decor. I love to work in clay and create an unusual and unique piece to decorate your home.
I hand build each of my pieces by slab rolling and impressing in each individual design element. Each embellishment is hand sculpted and designed. Because of the hand building process pieces will not be exactly uniform, as seen in wheel throwing, adding a wonderful uniqueness to each piece.
I absolutely love the use of color. I combine multiple glazes to enhance and define the texture and patterns of each piece, by hand brushing and individually painting each of the elements. This does create different glaze effects and make each piece, even within a set, be unique and beautiful unto itself.
