I love combining metal and glass to make unique and colorful wearable art. I start with a variety of copper, sterling silver and/or vintage brass findings. Then I add splashes of color using lead-free powdered glass. I use a small handheld torch --sometimes two -- to fuse the powdered glass to the metals. This is a process called torch enameling.
