Thanks for visiting Flowerthyme! Every flower is hand grown in my studio in Durham, North Carolina before finding itself merrily packaged with others and travelling to any of a number of final destinations.

I accept PayPal, credit cards, checks, and money orders. Once you complete a purchase from my shop, you will receive a confirmation email and a second notification once your item is in the mail.
I require full payment prior to starting work on most custom orders, unless there are special circumstances. Larger rush order will incur an additional fee of 10% of the total order. Please contact me ahead of time if you need a wedding or large order quickly so that I can confirm my availability.

Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post (for larger orders) but I'm happy to upgrade it to USPS Priority Mail if requested (please convo me before your make your purchase).
I DO ship internationally and am happy to provide a specific quote if requested.
**Please note: The shipping address listed in PayPal is the address the package will ship to -- please review this address and make sure it is the right one. If not, notify me immediately.**
Responsible environmental stewardship is important for me and I strive to reuse boxes and packaging when possible, unless an item is specified as a gift.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me within 14 days and I will be happy to exchange the item or refund the cost of your purchase (minus shipping). If exchanged, I expect the original items will be returned in new condition (unless damaged upon receipt) and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Custom orders are not returnable, nor can they be exchanged.
