----- For those who have an Allergy to metals that contain Nickel ----

Want something in my shop, but you need NICKEL FREE metal components in your piece? Convo me and I can order the pieces and set up a custom listing just for you. I want you to be able to purchase from my shop, so please don't hesitate to contact me.

It will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for me to order the correct materials, so please keep that in mind. :-D

Payment

*I will gladly accept payment through PayPal for most orders.

*I am now accepting Money Orders as well, but I won't ship the item(s) until I receive the money order and it the money order clears.

***Please double check to make sure that both your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses match so orders will not be delayed, for that is never fun! :-O!

In the event of Non-payment, I will try and contact you with a friendly reminder. If I do not hear back from you and do not receive payment within 48 hours, the item will be re-listed, and I will have to contact Etsy admin. to report a Non-payment, which I don't really like doing. So please take note that once you place an order, you have that allotted time to make your payment.

Shipping

~ Shipping for U.S. Customers ~

I will now be using USPS First-Class Shipping from now on (with tracking number), usually ships within 1-4 days of cleared payment. Insurance is available upon request for a small fee of $1.80 for up to $50.00. Please request through 'message to seller' when making your purchase. Please wait to pay and I will send a revised invoice to you.

~ International Shipping ~
USPS priority or first class international. Contact me before purchase if you would like a tracking number. Usually ships items ordered within 1-4 days of cleared payment. Let me know you would like insurance by leaving me a 'message to seller' note along with your order. Registered International First Class mail with insurance is $15.00. International Priority mail with $60 of insurance is $18.00.

*Buyers are responsible for all CUSTOMS CHARGES, TAXES & FEES!!!*

~ Packaging ~

I ship each piece ordered in a natural brown kraft paper box all ready to go as a gift, so if you are not wanting it gift-wrapped, send me a 'message to seller' note along with your purchase telling me that you do not need it to be gift-wrapped.

I also give the option of an organza gift pouch for more speedy shipping (ideal for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS) so again, either convo me before placing an order, or leave me 'message to seller' note along with your order if you would like the latter packaging method. ***All orders will be shipped in bubble envelopes.***

Refunds and Exchanges

*** Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis ***

In the event that there is a refund given, I will refund only the cost of the item, so this doesn't include a refund on shipping charges.

Q. I need more length added the piece(s) that I ordered. Do you offer more length to a piece already listed/custom orders?

A. I definitely have no problem adding more chain to a necklace or bracelet if you feel you need more length, so convo me about that and I will gladly add 1-3 inches for free. Any more than that and I will be charging $.50 per inch.

If you would like a piece to be shorter, I am more than happy to do that so please convo me if you need a shorter length.

Q. I see pieces that I like, but I want something a little different. Do you offer custom pieces?

I would love to make a piece designed just for you or for someone you care about, so just send me a message telling me what you would like and we will work something out.

Also, if you happen to see something you liked that I have already sold, I can make something just like it (if I have the materials to do so, that is). Otherwise, I can make something very similar, so let me know what you are thinking about!

Please keep in mind that all custom orders require a non-refundable down payment to cover labor/cost of materials. :-)
