Hello and Welcome to my shop! Thanks for dropping in. As you might have guessed, I'm a bird lover. I own 5 exotics: An umbrella cockatoo, Congo African Grey, Pionus, Quaker, and Love Birds. Actually I'm a lover of all things nature, so you won't find just bird goodies here but a foray into a mosaic and craft world that has brought me great relief and peace from a very hectic and stressful life of 25 years in the publishing world. After retiring from publishing a few years ago, I bumped my way around numerous adventures, trying to find a new, more enjoyable passion but, alas, nothing stuck. (Except my birds!) Then I found mosaics. What a passion it has become. Everything I see now becomes mosaic potential. I love working with stained glass and glazed tiny ceramic and vitreous tiles, all with the dreams that my pieces will eventually become someone else's treasure. And the great thing about mosaics? They last a lifetime. A purchase of a mosaic piece is an investment in years of enjoyment.
