ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cancellations or changes to an order are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Any refund requests will be denied after this time.
I wish that I did not have to post these policies but unfortunately there are dishonest people out there looking to take advantage of the system. I will not allow such a thing to occur to me/my shop. Thank you so much for understanding. :D
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK BASED ON SHIPPING TIME. This is out of my control and has nothing to do with my shop. My feedback is VERY IMPORTANT to me.
PROCESSING TIME: Hair extensions are shipped within 2-21 business days unless otherwise stated. I mark your items as shipped the day I will be bringing your items to the post office.
SHIPPING COSTS COVER: packaging supplies and actual shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. I do not mark an order as 'gift' or undervalue an order on a customs form; to do so is illegal.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Can take 6-8 weeks for delivery depending on the final destination and the length of time your package may be held up in customs.
Forest Nine IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping time. I do my absolute best to have all my orders shipped as quickly as possible but please remember that once your order has been shipped, I have no control over the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order.
If you purchase express shipping/tracking you are responsible for tracking your order.
Please make sure you provide me with the correct shipping address. If you provide me with an incorrect shipping address you will have to pay to have the items reshipped once they have been returned to me.
If they go missing and are delivered to the wrong address and do not return to me, you will not be refunded nor will I be sending out a replacement order.
All orders are shipped through Canada post via regular air mail. If you wish to receive a tracking number please CONTACT ME BEFORE placing your order and I will update the listing for the extra postage.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you need your items in a hurry you may contact me to set up a custom listing for express shipping. Delivery times for express shipping may vary depending on your location. From Canada to the states it can take up to 4 business days, to Australia it is up to 8. If you would like to know the expected delivery times for your area please contact me BEFORE purchasing express shipping.
* Please do not contact me regarding a "non delivery" before the maximum shipping time for your area. If you do not receive your order in the appropriate number of BUSINESS days you may contact me to look into the issue. You will not be refunded for express shipping unless the post office is at fault, in that case you will be refunded the cost of express shipping AFTER I receive the refund from the post office.
PLEASE NOTE: Express shipping does NOT mean overnight shipping.
I do offer a "RUSH my order" feature which means I will put your order to the top of my list and get it out the door and on the way within 48 hours. You will NOT be refunded for this service if shipping is delayed.
I ship your orders to the address you have provided with etsy. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided the correct address. If you provide the wrong address you will not be refunded. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address (gift) you may contact me for mandatory insurance. If this address is incorrect you will not be refunded, or sent replacement items.
Once your order is out of my hands and had been shipped I will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. I will not replace items lost or stolen once they have been shipped. Unless you have purchased a tracking number or upgraded to express shipping you will not receive a tracking number. If you did not ask to purchase a tracking number please do not contact me asking me to locate your package as I simply can not do that without a tracking number.
If you would like to insure your order you may contact me BEFORE placing your order and I will update the listing for you. If you do not wish to insure your order you will not be refunded in the case of your package being lost in transit.
Shipping over charges will be Refunded via paypal after your order has been shipped. If you do not have paypal you will need to create an account to receive your refund.
☃ ** HOLIDAY SHIPPING** (x-mas)
PLEASE NOTE: Please order well in advance if you would like to receive your order in time for the holidays. Everything in my shop is hand crafted by me, and me alone.
Please keep in mind BEFORE placing your holiday order
* Processing time is between 2-21 days. Usually I do have the order done within the first 10 days but it may take up to 21 in some cases. If you would like to get an estimate please contact me before purchasing.
* Items are shipped from Canada. If you are out side of Canada your order can take 5-14 days (or more during holidays) to the U.S. and longer for international. (3-4 weeks)
* During holiday season the RUSH my order feature that I offer in my shop may take 3-4 days rather than the regular 48 hours.
* Canada post is flooded with mail during the holiday season and although they work very hard to get your package quickly it is possible that slight delays will occur.
If you do not receive your order in time for the holiday you will not be refunded OR offered any type of store credit etc.
When doing holiday shopping from my shop I would advise that you order as early as possible to ensure you receive your package on time.
During the holiday season I will be going to the post office 5 days a week so that I can get orders out ASAP! I want you to have your items in time too :)
Please remember I have no control over the time it takes for your package to reach you once it has been shipped.
If your shipment is lost or damaged please contact me and I will give you all the information you need to file any claims necessary. (This is only possible if you purchased additional insurance.)
That being said I have shipped hundreds of packages and have only ever had one issue with one order being lost.
Refunds and Exchanges
The satisfaction of each and every one of my customers is very important to me.
Please do not use the feedback system to notify me of any issues, I would appreciate that you contact me beforehand and allow me the opportunity to resolve any issues. I want you to be happy!
PLEASE no impulse buyers.
If you feel that you have received an item that has an error in the construction please contact me right away! Refunds will only be given if I have made an error in the production of your item.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your order, please contact me through Etsy.
If you decide not to pick up your package and it is automatically returned to me, you will not be refunded. If you would like to have them reshipped you will have to repay the shipping cost.

It is implied that by purchasing my herbal products you understand the risks associated with the use of herbs and essential oils and it is understood that you are well educated on any ritual you intend to preform, it is also understood that you have read ALL ingredients and do not have any known allergies to them, therefore you take FULL responsibility for the use or misuse of my products and release forest nine/lysscosmetics/Alyssia from any and all liability.
