Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours of your purchase being made. If we do not receive your payment by this time, we will kindly send you a payment reminder. If you require assistance during the checkout process, please contact us as we would be more than happy to assist you

PLEASE NOTE: Paypal Payments made by E-check can take up to 7 business days to clear. Once your payment has cleared fully, we will notify you of when you can expect your first proof.

Shipping

Shipping is not required for most of our our services. All approved purchases will be sent to you via e-mail.

We do offer an optional printing service to US based customers for all Invitations, Announcements, Holiday Cards, and Thank You Cards.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds cannot be issued once your 1st proof has been sent to you. We charge for the time it takes to design your order, and once the 1st proof is sent, the work has already been done.

We STRONGLY suggest printing a sample of your design prior to requesting the final design. Due to different screen resolutions on an individuals computer monitor, colors may vary on the final printed product.
After your final copy has been released to you...there is a $5 fee for edits.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY 1ST PROOF?
Our turn around times can vary from day to day, based on current order volumes. Please see our Policies page here for current turn around times

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES?
Yes we do. We know what it is like to be in a time crunch...so we gladly offer a rush service. A $15 fee does apply. Please contact us for further details.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
Yes we do! We offer an optional professional printing services for our 4 x 6 and 5 x 7 Invitations, Announcements, Holiday Cards, and Thank You Cards. Simply contact us for pricing!
We do not offer printing services for any of our other products.

CAN THE WORDING ON THE INVITATION BE CHANGED?
Sure can! All of our invitations can be personalized with your choice of wording.

WHERE CAN I BUY ENVELOPES?
Any office supply store such as Staples, Office Max, Kinkos, etc.

I RECEIVED MY FINAL PROOF, BUT NOW NEED AN EDIT DONE...CAN YOU DO THIS?
Yes. Date and venue changes are very common, therefore we never charge for those edits. All other edits such as re-sizing, color changes, wording changes, etc...are $5 per design after we have released your final design.

I AM PRINTING MY DESIGNS AT HOME, BUT CANNOT GET THEM TO LINE UP PROPERLY
Printing from home is a wonderful option, but unless you know how to align your printer properly, you can run into alignment issues. As designers, we have no technical knowledge on how your printer runs, prints, or aligns. If you are having difficulty printing, please refer to your printers instruction manual.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DESIGN FOR?
Due to the volume of orders/files we receive on a monthly basis, all designs will be purged from our system 30 days after we have released your final design to you.
We HIGHLY recommend making a back-up copy of your final design(s)
as we are unable to retrieve designs once they have been removed from the system.

CAN I CHANGE THE FONT COLORS, AND GRAPHIC COLORS?
Designs do not include custom graphic or font color changes.
If you require font color changes, please contact us for a custom design price quote.

CAN YOU DESIGN A DESIGN THAT I SAW ON ANOTHER SITE?
No. This is stealing/copying another person's work, and we will not agree to this under any circumstances. Designers work very very hard on their designs, and to copy another ones work is not only unethical, but it is illegal.
If you like the other design, we kindly ask that you order from that designer instead.

DO YOU OFFER PHOTO EDITING?
We will gladly crop your photo's to fit the design, and upon request change your photo's to B&W and Sepia. We are however unable to remove elements from your photo's, & remove backgrounds.

I NEED TO ADD MORE PHOTO'S TO A DESIGN THAN IT ALLOWS, CAN I DO THIS?
Please contact us for further details, as some designs we are unable to.

CAN YOU DESIGN PARTY PACKAGES IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE?
While we can design single designs in other languages, we are unable to design a full Party Package due to the time involved. It takes on average 3 to 4 hours to design a MINI Package in a foreign language, as all the designs have to be re-designed.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE MY DESIGNS PRINTED?
While personal choice varies...our clients have had great success with the following companies.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY THE LABEL SUPPLIES I NEED?
There are so many great places to purchase all the label supplies you will need...but our personal favorite is onlinelabels.com.
They sell labels by the sheet, and have extremely fast shipping!

MY PRINT LAB MADE AN ERROR WHEN PRINTING MY DESIGN, CAN I GET A REFUND?
While we are responsible for the design itself...we are not responsible for printing errors. Refunds will not be given when a mistake is made during the printing process of your design.

I LOVE THE PROOF OF THE DESIGN I BOUGHT, BUT I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT DESIGN...CAN WE SWITCH IT?
No. When you place an order, you are choosing the design that you have purchased. If we have not begun the design process...you may indeed select another design.
Once we have started the design process...if you change your mind and wish for a different design, you will need to purchase that new design.

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SIZES THAN 5X7 AND 4X6?
Unfortunately we do not. We only offer 5 x 7, and 4 x 6 prints.

DO YOU OFFER YOUR LABELS IN ANY OTHER SIZE/FORMAT OTHER THAN WHAT IS LISTED?
No. We only offer the sizes/labels per page as stated in each listing. There are thousands of labels on the market today, and it would be impossible for us to have a template for each one.

CAN I BUY THE INDIVIDUAL GRAPHICS/CLIPART USED IN YOUR DESIGNS?
No. We have purchased licenses with the graphic designers of all clipart used, allowing us to use their graphics within our designs. We are not authorized to sell an individual graphic.

CAN YOU SEND THE FILE TO ME IN PSE/PSD?
No, we do not send the original design file. Final designs are sent as flattened JPEG or PDF images only.
