We also offer other personalized keepsake jewelry, photo blocks, photo boards and other unique handmade jewelry. FOR ORDERS LARGER THAN THE AVAILABLE QUANTITY LISTED, please send me a "conversation" by clicking on the envelope icon located at the top of my shop. If you state how many you would like to buy of an item (s), I will create a "reserve" listing for you that will contain the exact number of items you want along with a delivery date. I will reply to your conversation when the reserve listing is available so you can place your order.

I add new Forget Me Not necklaces on a regular basis so visit me again soon.

Please let me know how I am doing by leaving positive feedback after you have received your purchase. If you are ever unsatisfied, please contact me first before leaving feedback so I can fix the issue. My goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction!

Payment

I only accept PayPal as a form of payment. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use its services because at checkout you can click on “I do not have a PayPal account” to pay with a credit card (PayPal will perform the processing).

If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time, your transaction will be cancelled.

Note: Arizona residents are subject to 8.8% sales tax.

International buyers - I accept PayPal in U.S. currency only.

Shipping

After payment is received, your item will be shipped within five days via USPS and should arrive within 3 to 5 days after I mail it.

If you would like to upgrade to overnight shipping, please leave a Note to Seller when checking out with Paypal and send me an email via Etsy's conversation system (convo) to confirm. If you have already completed your purchase, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference between normal shipping and Overnight Shipping.

I will ship to your PayPal address so leave a Note to Seller if you want the item shipped to a different address.

All items are shipped without insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance, please convo me and I will add insurance (this is an additional $2.00 charge for domestic orders – not available for international deliveries.) If you have already completed your purchase, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the insurance charge.

Forget Me Not Keepsake is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are uninsured.
