Feel free to haggle - If you think an item of mine is on the pricey side for you, make me an offer. In most cases i am willing to work with you on price but in some instances, particularly anything from the FABRICATED VINTAGE STYLE SECTION, I have to stay firm on my prices.
I accept paypal only.
I ship usps parcel post which is least expensive for you. I also include delivery confirmation tracking on all items and insurance on all fragile items. The costs of which are always included in the shipping and handling price. If you need an item to be shipped on a particular day or in time for a birthday or holiday let me know in advance. If you are in the middle of a move and want me to hold off on shipping for a few days, no problem- just let me know right away. I also have an excellent track record for packing items safely. Make sure the shipping address i receive from you is current as well. I ship out items once a week, on saturdays only (except under certain circumstances i.e. -needs to get there in time for a holiday or birthday). Any items paid for prior to a saturday will be shipped out that saturday morning. If you need a purchased item to arrive within a certain time frame (i.e. holiday or birthday) you must tell me at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
As stated above, i pack items extremely well for travel but i cannot vouch for them once they are dropped off at post office. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and a refund will not be issued. This is what the insurance and delivery confirmation are for. You can file a claim with the United states post office on an insured item in the event of loss or damage. I will, however, consider some type of reimbursement for damage due to my own negligence in packing.
