At From Terri to You, we want to provide you with the best selection of high quality fashion accessories and children's items. While we specialize in hair accessories, we also have other items that we have found people like. We believe in open and honest communication and service. Payment is accepted through PayPal or personal check (which will delay shipment until the check clears...approximately 10 days). Checks may be made out to: Terri Kelley and be mailed to: P.O. Box 70617, Eugene, OR 97401. Special or custom orders may not be returned. Of course, if you are not happy with the product, please contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the situtation. This has never been a problem, but we just wanted to mention it. Prices are inclusive of tax.
All items are shipped via the US Postal Service. We use Priority Mail which has a minimum charge of $5.20. Large orders may cost a little more to ship. Priority Mail is normally delivered within 2-3 days of shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are available for items returned in new condition within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment. While we hope that you will be very happy with everything we ship you, please be aware of this return deadline. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
