The only accepted method of payment is through Pay Pal. Payment should be made at the time of purchase.
We use USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Normal delivery is within 6-10 days. This is not guaranteed. Your item will be delivered to your Pay Pal address. Insurance must be requested. The cost will be added to the buyer's total.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with the collar we will take it back and refund your money (if it is unused).
Ultimately, we want you to be happy, so please contact us if you have any issues with your Furrocious Collar and we will figure out a way to get your collar fixed, replaced, or refunded.
If the collar has an unforeseeable major breakdown (such as a leather problem, broken hardware, etc.) within 30 days we will replace the collar or refund your money.
If the collar has a minor breakdown (such as a lost crystal, concho, etc.) within 3 months we will repair the defect and return your collar to you, good as new.
We ask that you pay the shipping to return the collar. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable (sorry).
In an ongoing effort to make the best collars we can make, we need to know about issues, design flaws, etc. so that we can adjust our process and always offer the highest quality gear.
