Thank you for visiting this store.
Please read all the policies carefully and if you dont feel able to meet these small requests then please dont contract to purchase the goods in the store.
We strive to make the best possible items that are as individual as you are and so we do not remake items.In many cases it is impossible anyway because the stones used are individual. We have a gallery page of items sold at www.fusionmuse.com
We will not copy someone else's designs.All the pieces in the store are either made by me or by my partner.We are a small business but we have big hearts and we put this into our pieces.We hope that the love and care we put in shows.When it is a piece made by Thomas it will be noted in the description.

Payment
Payments are by Paypal and are to be within 3 working days of sale unless otherwise negotiated. Australian customers can contact me for information on how to direct deposit for payment.Thank you
Shipping
All items are shipped by registered Air Mail so they can be tracked and are sent within 1-2 working days. I will endeavour to let you know if an order is held up for any reason.
All items will be shipped together as a flat rate of $5 per parcel with no extra costs unless courier service is requested.
As the post is out of my control I would greatly appreciate your patience if your parcel is delayed,As a result of several rude emails and so I can continue to supply to my many happy customers, I am adding to my shipping policies.
I am happy to trace packages if I am able.if I am not able and it has been 6 weeks or more I will begin an investigation and I follow it up with the postal service at my end. In the event that the parcel is truly lost or destroyed as verified by the postal investigation,I will issue a refund or replacement item to the same value.Being One of a Kind I am not able to replace items exactly.
We can arrange insurance on packages at the buyers cost if necessary.Please contact me for the details about costing so I can include it in your shipping costs.
All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.I will put Gift on all parcels unless specified by the customer and all items are considered Costume Jewelry for shipping purposes.
Any negative feedback given as a result of delayed or lost parcels will be reported to Etsy as abuse.Any insulting or derogatory emails I receive as a result of delayed package delivery will be reported to Esty as abuse.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are on an individual basis and are only if merchandise is damaged in transit and not if the Buyer changes their mind.
I will not pay for a second lot of postage on any parcel that is returned to me because the Buyer didnt collect it.I will refund the cost of the goods only,.If a parcel is returned unclaimed I will resend it if and when the Buyer pays the postage cost for resending the items.Postage is non-refundable.
Refunds will be negotiated if a parcel is longer than 6 weeks in delivery time and only if the customer has been in communication with me so I have had time to investigate from my end first.Investigations can take up to 3 months to conclude but I am sure we can sort something out between us.
In the event that you consider your items less than quality I require you to email me and send me photos within 3 days of receipt of your package.I will send you the cost of the return postage and give you a refund for your goods after I have received the items in question.I am doing this as way of quality control.
If you feel unable to contact me about the quality of the goods you receive and just send negative feedback I will return the compliment with the explanation that you are unable to communicate.Any insulting or derogatory emails sent will be reported to Etsy as abuse.
