1 out of 5 starsOrdered on the 24th, followed up to see when the package would go out, since it was a gift. Was told that package was shipped on the 31st and that tracking would be updated soon. Just received a full refund on the 5th (without requesting it) because the seller could not complete purchase. I understand that things come up and sometimes items can’t be located, but just be upfront. Don’t lie. Refund and communicate in a timely manner so I can find an alternative gift.

Yes, to my knowledge your package had been shipped on that date, it came back to me. Knowing that you had waited some time, and was frustrated, I saved us both the trouble and gave you a full refund. Obviously you can never please some people!
