I only accept payment from customers worldwide, and will wait until I have received full payment before posting items.

Payment for items is expected within 3 days of purchase, after that a friendly reminder will be sent either by email or convo. If, after 3 days from the reminder, I don't receive payment I will have no choice but to cancel the sale and leave negative feedback.

Please contact me if you are unable to make full for items within the specified time because of problems with Paypal for example.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of order placement to your paypal address. If you want items shipped somewhere else then please let me know in the message to seller or convo me soon after purchasing.

UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - delivery should be within 3-4 working days. This service doesn't offer tracking. If you would like an upgrade to Special Delivery, please contact me to inquire about the additional costs.

Worldwide purchases will be sent using Royal Mail International Standard and delivery should be within 7-10 working days, but may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. This service doesn't offer tracking. If you would like an upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed delivery please contact me to inquire about the additional costs.

Upgrades to shipping must be requested at time of purchasing placing an order.

All items will come carefully gift wrapped. See individual listings for more information. Orders of multiple items will be shipped in the least amount of packaging possible. When purchasing multiple items and you would like them packaged separately, please be sure to mention this in the message to seller box at checkout. Invoices aren't included with orders, if you would like one please request one in the message to seller.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and all additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by your country's Customs. I am not held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they are shipped, or for additional postage costs if your package is returned to me for any reason.

I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address, and do not refund for lost packages. To track orders please ask for upgrade the postage.

All my handmade sterling silver items are made with high quality .925 silver, and will be stamped with my own personal hallmark obtained from the London Assay Office. However they won't carry UK Hallmarks, and as such will be described as 'Precious White Metal' according to UK law.
