Most of what I sell is ceramic jewelry or ceramic jewelry components. I also offer other items that are not ceramic related but FUN! I hope you enjoy looking and your feedback is always welcome!
I accept Paypal, pay quickly and direct from your account to mine.
Paypal payment deadline is within three days from purchase date. You will be sent an email if payment is not made during the 3 days. If payment is not made in a timely manner, and after the reminder of payment request , seller has the right to request cancellation of sale. I am here to help so please communicate and let me know what's happening and I can wait a day or two, but the most important thing is to communicate!
** Money Orders accepted too. I ONLY accept money orders I will mail your purchase as soon as money order is cashed. Please convo me with any questions. Thank you.
Shipping of an item is done within three days after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping is first class with delivery confirmation.
I always ship to Paypal address, so please make sure it is current.
I do combine multiple items to save on fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is most important to me, if you are not happy with what you bought I will make every effort to correct the situation, please communicate with me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Please email me at mystudoonthelake [!at] earthlink.net within three days of receipt of product. Return item unbroken to me and I will give a full refund minus shipping and handling. In the event listing was stated as FREE SHIPPING if it is returned, shipping fees will be deducted from refund. Refund will be credited to you in the same manner it was paid.
If you have purchased an item from the "sale" section, no refunds will be given. All "sale' section items are final sales.
