I accept PayPal and Etsy's new direct credit card payments. Both are safe and reliable methods for both buyer and seller.
I would be happy to work with you if you'd like to make partial payments. I can arrange lay-a-way payments, but will need to include any Etsy re-listing charges and PayPal/Etsy sale percentages dependent upon the number of relistings necessary to complete an order. Payments may also include changes to shipping charges.
Custom listings will only be held 72 hours unless prior permission is obtained. After 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and held items will be incorporated back into inventory.
Sales to customers in Wisconsin will be charged sales tax.
I ship USPS first class in 3-5 days (faster if possible) following receipt of payment. I combine items to save you shipping charges. If a domestic, packed item is over 13 oz., I ship parcel post, but always check with the customer if they need a faster delivery. In many cases a priority flat rate charge is less expensive and faster (2-3 days) than parcel post, but I will check with the customer. I choose the least expensive international shipping rate when a choice has to be made, unless the customer has already requested a faster delivery.
If you place more than one order, or place an additional order within 2 days, please convo me so I can combine the items if the first has not yet shipped. Otherwise, it will be treated as a separate order and shipping will be charged separately. There will not be a refund on the additional shipping. If your second order is placed within a 24 hour period, I will combine the orders and refund any actual shipping charges above what was paid.
All shipments are made in good faith that they will arrive at your destination. A change made in shipping destination should be registered with Etsy as an additional destination. Should your order be lost by the post office, I will gladly refund the price of the item, but the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you want an item insured, please inform me at the time of your purchase.
International customers - please convo me prior to ordering so I can calculate postage. You will not normally see anything but a US shipping charge on the item -- there are simply too many destinations to include in a listing. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Should a customer change his/her mind after receipt of an item (which remains in an undamaged/unused condition), the customer may return the item for an exchange, with shipping charges being the responsibility of the customer, both for return of the item, and the reshipment of the new item. This exchange must be requested and the item received by the shop no later than two (2) weeks after the original shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with an item you purchased, please contact me within three days of receipt and I will do my best to resolve your concerns.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused and original packaging for a refund. Customer pays all associated shipping charges.
