GardensAndCrafts' Shop Policies
Welcome
We take pride in making all our items by hand, using natural materials and recycled materials whenever possible. I am very particular about making sure an item will last, especially if it is made to go outside.
Payment
At this time, we accept Paypal and money orders only. Cash payments can be arranged if item will be picked up or delivered locally. Just choose the Money Order option when purchasing. Payment is appreciated within 24 hours if using Paypal and within 5 days if paying by money order. If you will be making more than one purchase, please convo me first before paying so that I can adjust your invoice to reflect any discounts that may apply due to shipping or a promotional sale that may be running at the time.
Other forms of payment will be considered on a case by case basis. Just e-mail me prior to making your purchase.
If payment has not be received and you have failed to contact me within three days, I will cancel the sale and leave negative feedback.
Shipping
Most items are shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment is received. We prefer to use FedEx Home delivery, so all freight estimates in listings are based on street addresses and not on shipping to a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, live in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada, please convo me for a freight quote before making a purchase. All packages will be packed well to ensure that they arrive undamaged. All items shipped FedEx will automatically be insured for up to $100. Insurance can be arranged for items shipped to P.O. Boxes as well, if necessary.
Due to the weight, size and/or fragile nature of some items, we may not be able to offer combined shipping on every item. Any item available for combined shipping will be noted in the ad.
Freight in the ads are based on freight to the furthest destination within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska & Hawaii will require additional charges. You can convo me ahead of time before buying or paying for your item and I can tell you what the freight will be before you buy.
At this time, I am shipping to the US and Canada. If the freight rate for Canada is not listed in the ad, please convo me for a custom quote.
Any items that are listed with Free Freight, are shipped FedEx Ground. Overnight charges, International shipping or Priority Mail is an additional charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive for happy customers. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me immediately so that we can work something out. Due to a recent change in Etsy policies, I will only be able to offer store credit on returns.
I always leave positive feedback for prompt paying customers and would appreciate the same if you too are happy with your purchase.
Additional Policies and FAQs
** How to use a coupon code for my shop - If you have a coupon code for a percentage off an item in my shop, just enter that code in the appropriate section during checkout. Discounts apply to the purchase price of the item only and not the freight charges. Convo me if you have any questions.**
If you have any questions regarding cost of shipping, combining items for shipping, etc., please e-mail us prior to paying for your item so that we may adjust your invoice to reflect the appropriate discounts.
