Payment

***INTERNATIONAL (non Aussie) CUSTOMERS - I can ONLY accept payment by Paypal or Credit Card. Sorry, but unfortunately exorbitant Australian Bank & conversion fees for cheques and money orders do not make this a viable option for me.

If you wish to pay by credit card, but do not have a Paypal account, when checking out - select Paypal - as you proceed you will see the option to pay by Credit Card - there's no need to sign up for a Paypal account.

***CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL (non Aussie) CUSTOMERS. Please be aware of the customs and Import duties applicable to your country. As a buyer/importer you are responsible for any duties and fees your country may impose. I complete all customs forms and declare the value of the goods as per the Etsy invoice excluding the shipping cost.

***AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS - I accept paypal and credit card payment via paypal (as above). If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit in Australian Dollars please choose "Other" as a method of payment and contact me for a conversion.
I will use the current exchange rate as found at xe.com. Please contact me for my Bank Details.

Shipping

My Postage fee includes the cost of the padded bag.
Most of my smaller items will fit in a padded bag. Overseas (outside of Australia) Packages up to 20mm thick can be sent at an international letter rate. This is much more economical than parcel rates and I pass these savings onto you.
If you purchase multiple items I will combine the items in one package and charge only the postage and packing. No handling charges.
I have capped my International shipping rates at $5US - I will wear any costs over this amount.

Insurance is not included in my postage fees - please ask and I will get a quote if you require insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event of any problems please contact me. I want my customers to be happy and I'll work towards that :)
