Thanks for browsing my shop. If you have any questions about my policies (and whether or not there is wiggle room in certain circumstances), please contact me.
I'm always trying to find the most efficient, cost-effective yet safe way to get my items to their new owners.
Payment is expected within 24 hours through PayPal. You also have that first 24 hours to cancel your order. Once 24 hours have gone by, I have the right to terminate the purchase if you have not paid.
Please note that buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
I will ship your purchase within 3 business days of receiving payment.
I ship through Canada Post.
For USA: Generally, I use Small Packet Air (package arrives in 4 business days or more) with added insurance. Items of higher value are only sent Expedited which is slightly more expensive but includes delivery confirmation, insurance and tracking numbers for peace of mind.
For Canada: Expedited shipping priced at the Regular Parcel rate (package usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days). This includes a tracking number and insurance.
International: Small Packet Air International which includes coverage for loss and damage (6 to 10 days for delivery). Items of higher value are only sent Expedited which is slightly more expensive but includes delivery confirmation, insurance and tracking numbers for peace of mind.
Multiple items will be shipped together and grouped into as few shipments as possible.
I try to use clean, recycled items for packaging as often as I can, so don't be surprised it you open your package and discover cardboard paper towel rolls or crumpled plastic bags protecting your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to protect items when mailing them out. Should an item arrive damaged, please send me an email with a photo of the item (within 2 days of its arrival). While I cannot promise to replace an item (since they are one of a kind), I'm sure we will be able to work something out.
I ask that you mail the damaged item back to me (shipping to be paid by you). Sometimes I can work magic when it comes to repairs.
Please look closely at the pictures and read the descriptions of each item carefully before you buy.
