Gilded Shadows designs feature exceptional quality feathers, fabric, and beautiful vintage millinery and jewel details (something old) and my blue logo ribbon on the back (something blue). No two pieces are alike and are completely unique and original - hand made by me in my little home studio. I'm a professional architect and this is my crafty obsession that consumes my daytime thoughts and leads to hours of evening creations.

Several of my listings are ready to ship items that will be shipped on their way to you within 1-2 days of purchase. I also take custom orders and can create smaller bridesmaids and flower girl pieces to compliment the bride's hair accessory.

I use only high quality new materials and scour antique markets for vintage costume jewelry that gives a beautiful and "something old" detail to several of my designs. Some of the details you will find on my hairpieces actually came from my glamorous, 91 year old grandmother!
