~ Hello and welcome to my shop! Here you will find a mixture of originals paintings and mixed media pieces including paintings, character scultptures and dwellings and fine art prints. If you have any queries about any item in my shop please send me a convo and I will get back to you asap.
~ I only work on commissions very rarely. However I am open to ideas - please contact me if you wish to discuss ideas.
~ I only use quality materials and take great care and give attention to detail to each item, however if you are not happy with any item, let me know as soon as possible so that we can work through an arrangement in order that we can all be happy!!

Payment
~ Payment can be made through paypal. You don't have to have a paypal account to do this - just click the paypal option to pay by credit card.
~ If you are in the UK I am able to accept cheques. Payment must be cleared prior to me shipping your item.
~ Paypal payments must be completed on purchasing the item. If payment is not received within 24 hours, and I have received no contact from you then the item shall be relisted and the transaction reported to etsy.
~ I will only accept international cheques under certain circumstances and it is with the understanding that buyer pays the additional $10 fee I am charged for putting a cheque into my account. International cheques can take up to a month to clear and under no circumstances will any items be mailed out until all funds are cleared in my account. It is for this reason that paypal is my prefered option for convenience to myself and buyer.
~ Layaway option. As I love original art but also know how funds can be limiting, I offer the option of puchasing by nonrefundable deposit and payment over the course of 3 months. If you would like to consider this then convo me for details. Shipping will occur once full payment is received.

~ Items are generally shipped with 3-4 days if not sooner. My shipping prices cover cost of mailing materials, shipping and handling.
~ Please make sure your etsy and paypal email addresses match. If they do not, I will automatically ship to the email address you have registered to your etsy account. I can take no responsibility for items going to an address other than the address registered to your etsy account.
~ Original artwork is shipped with insurance/international signed for, hence the additional cost - however this is for your benefit as well as mine as I want to ensure the item arrives with you safely.
~ All UK orders will be shipped first class and international orders will be shipped airmail unless otherwise requested.
~ The average shipping time in the UK is 2 days, EU is 3-5 days, all other countries 7 days. These figures are averages and delays do happen. Please contact me if your parcel does not arrive in good time. I cannot be responsible for postal delays.
~ It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their own countries custom limits and laws. Some countries charge customs and tax duties on items over a certain limit. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
~ Smaller art items are shipped flat with extra cardboard backing in a card padded envelope.
~ Prints are shipped flat in a card envelope.
~ Larger items are shipped in cardboard mailing box.

~ All the artwork listed is unmounted and unframed unless otherwise stated. The full image can be seen in the second photograph of the listing. Some originals particularly mixed media will have a rough border to allow for framing. Other items can be float mounted to allow the uneven edges to remain part of the composition. If you have any queries regarding the edges don’t hesitate to ask.
~ I have spent many hours in order to research the best process for my prints. All Limited Edition Prints are printed from home on my professionall grade Epson printer. The combination of professional grade paper and archival lightfast inks ensure that each print is guarenteed for at least 100 years. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries about this process. Each print is checked before being packaged and comes with a certificate with description and edition number.
~ I occassionally list giclee prints which have been embellished with ink/paint and/or stitching meaning that no embellished giclee print will be the same. This will enable you to have an original piece of artwork at a more affordable price. Should there be no embellished prints in my shop I will do this on a commsission basis. Please contact me for more information and to request this.
