• Processing time
My products are made to order, not ready-to-ship. Therefore, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please refer to the estimated fulfillment and delivery time under each listing.
• Cancelation
If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, I will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.
• Returns/Exchanges
Please contact me within 30 days from the day of delivery in case I have shipped you an incorrect/damaged item. I will gladly reprocess your order if the customer can provide close-up photos (with measuring tape) or defective areas on the item. However, if the error is not from my end, I will not be able to accept returns at this time since my products are made-to-order.
