Please understand that every piece is delicately handmade to order and will take several days or even weeks to make, and therefore all sales are final. This is the buyer's full responsibility to carefully choose an item and read shop policies. We encourage you to ask us any questions before committing to buy.
|| ※ REPLACEMENT ※ ||
We will gladly offer a *replacement* of your original purchase if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. We would have first received the returned item in order to send you the replacement, and the returned item should be in its original condition & packaging when it was shipped out to you.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and send it back within 5 calendar days without exception. We do not accept any late requests.
