SewEco started out in 2009 creating fabric-based sandwich holders and snack bags. Think of them as a Mercedes-Benz, or possibly a Smart Car, for the things you like to eat, to keep plastic out of the landfill AND help your food travel in style. New additions to the SewEco line of ecowares include unpaper towels, napkins, and kitchen laundry bags (for all of those dirty ecowares!)
All products are designed and handmade by myself, Lisa, an eco-friendly mama of 3 in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. I offer a wide range of fun and funky print options that appeal to both the young and the young at heart.
At SewEco staying environmentally responsible means practicing resourcefulness and that's why- since 2010- all orders have been shipped in EcoEnclose brand compostable biodegradable packaging. The mailers are also reusable so you can pass along your eco-friendly ways :)
