GoldfinchGreenDesign's Shop Policies

Welcome

All Goldfinch designs are carefully handmade with the environment in mind, whether they're created with recycled materials or intended to reduce future waste.
Goldfinch jewelry is also customizable by color and size -- just make a note of your specifications when you place your order.
Every Goldfinch purchase benefits Environment New Jersey, an advocacy organization working to protect the environment in the Garden State.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal only.

If you know me personally and would prefer to buy a Goldfinch product with cash, let me know. This transaction would have to take place in person, not over Etsy.

Shipping

Goldfinch currently only ships within the US.

Since most Goldfinch pieces are made-to-order, they may take longer to ship. Allow about 1-2 weeks for all shipped items.

If you know me personally and live in the Westfield, NJ area, I would be happy to skip shipping and deliver the order to you myself. You will still have to pay for shipping when you make a purchase, but in this case, the shipping money will go to Environment New Jersey instead.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are final sale.

If you know me personally and have a problem with your order, contact me via Facebook or in person and I will see what I can do.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Almost all Goldfinch products are made to order and are therefore totally customizable. Please note any color and size requests when you place your order.

PLEASE NOTE:
I am a high school senior who created Goldfinch as part of a school project. Therefore, the quality of Goldfinch pieces might not be as high as those of other, more established Etsy sellers. Production and shipping may also be slower than the norm, since I am still in school. So cut me some slack - after all, the money goes to charity.
