Welcome

We are delighted you chose to visit GossamerHolloWear! If your questions are not answered here, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

Our inventory is constantly changing, and each piece is unique. With that being said, if you like something-take it home with you! There may never be another item like it!

We offer the finest quality handcrafted and upcycled clothing and accessories. This is a "2nd life" for most of these pieces, so certain characteristics may be inherent such as: flaws, imperfections, slight signs of wear, missing original tags, etc. We here at the Hollow see these as a "GOOD thing" and feel they help to add character to each item! If you prefer "perfect" mass-produced items, then the Hollow may not be the Boutique for you.

Payment

Payment of all shop items are expected up front. Payment for custom items are as follows: 50% upon agreement, and balance upon completion. Items will not ship until they are paid for in full.

If your shopping cart items are not paid for within 7 days, the transaction will be terminated so that someone else may have an option to purchase those items. The only exceptions to this are special arrangements made between Buyer and Seller.

Shipping

All items ship the most cost efficient way for, which is typically USPS First Class. Shipping costs do not include additional options such as insurance or delivery confirmation. If you would like additional options or a specific method of shipment, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to accommodate. We cannot be responsible for items that were "lost in the mail" or that were not delivered, unless the Buyer chooses to purchase these options.

Each item is packaged with great care, and usually with extra fun goodies for you to find. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the nature of recycled/used items, in most cases (to be determined by Seller) refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented, please contact us and we will work with you the best we can to ensure your satisfaction. We are also happy to answer any questions regarding measurements, materials, colors, etc. to the best of our knowledge so that you can make an informed purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Each item is a OOAK piece of art and must be treated as such and handled with care. Most clothing should be hand-washed and air-dried, unless otherwise instructed.

Some items may be missing tags that have been removed or have fallen off over the years. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the materials and fabric content of these items. If you have specific allergic concerns, please contact us.

These items are lovingly handcrafted in a non-smoking, animal-friendly home! Although thoroughly cleaned before packaging, we can't guarantee that a stray cat or dog hair won't turn up now and again.

Donations are gratefully accepted! If you have items you would like to donate, please contact us with information about the items you wish to donate and send photos if possible. If your donations are accepted, we will happily pay shipping costs and give you credits toward new purchases!
