I ask that payment be submitted at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours (and no emails, messages or contact has been made), then I will have to cancel & re-list the order.

Shipping

I base both my domestic and international shipping rates on The Royal Mail shipping quotes according to their website calculator
I try to reuse and recycle packaging where ever possible to keep costs down.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and/or duty taxes.

The Royal Mail delivery estimates:
UK Standard 1 to 3 days
UK Tracked & Signed 1 to 2 days
International Standard 5 to 7 days
International Tracked & Signed 5 to 7 days

If an item is lost in transit I am unable to issue a refund or resend items until 10 working days after the estimated delivery date for UK addresses & 25 working days for International addresses.
