GothikGoddess' Shop Announcement

Hi everyone,
Come see "Gothik Goddess" on Facebook and LIKE us to receive updates and valuable coupons.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Bats Day on Sunday the 6th of November. It was great seeing you all. And anyone who bought a hat is invited to send pictures to Kali [!at] gothikgoddess.com so we can all see you in your Gothik Goddess Bats Day Hat. I would love to post your picture here, so come on girls, share! Lol. ;)

Huge, huge, huge thanks to my honey Hawk, for providing months of assistance, (years really,) providing gallons of soy for my tea, all the muscle, and making life easier! And for the spectacularly ornate multi-armed hat stands he designed and made himself. Everyone complimented them. Also for his one of a kind Goth floor fan in a handmade medieval style cabinet. And for all the things i cannot list here. You are my favorite toy honey!

Thanks to Jarod for daily running around, shipping help, and everything in between! He could not join us as he had a hat show of his own for his military and patriotic ball-caps. Thanks for being so sweet. Double Greek Salads for you! Love you!

Thanks also to Miss Arvada, our resident Elf Girlie and Tech Fairy for manning (elf-ing?) the booth with me! It was great to have you there. Thanks for your financial expertise as well. You rocked the purple, girl, totally rocked it!
Hugs!

A big and happy surprise, Mr. Michael Olsen came and he was kind enough to help us out, and many women by finding the perfect hat for shoppers. He enchanted every one of them with his Viking looks, charm, and sincerity. (I think more than several will be back in May hoping to see Michael again! ) Thank you Michael, you are the best! Hugs!

Our long time friend Shelly visited us in a coat to die for. Shelly has the most spectacular style and always looks smashing. Admittedly, I covet her wardrobe. She bought a black and white striped parasol with a circus big top shape that is soooooo her! Lovely to see you, and we must fold the state of California so we can live closer! It's just not fair! I hope you are enjoying your hats, and I start work on your white one tomorrow. I am so excited! This will be my first fully white hat. Pewter ribbons, of course! Thanks for inspiring me, coming out, and for chatting as I know your schedule was jammed. Hugs!

Roxie, (who never met a camera who didn't love her,) was there in the original "Roxie," green Chinese silk top hat. She is the human equivalent to a firefly. She lights up wherever she goes and we were so happy to see her! You looked so adorable and I love your hair! You are also a great inspiration and after Shelly's hat is done I am making that "special" (wink wink) hat we spoke about. Hugs!

We did unbelievably well, this was our best year ever and we had so much fun. Thank you to everyone who made it possible. Hope to see you all at Bats Day in May!

GothikGoddess' Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to the ever evolving Gothik Goddess etsy store! I am a Milliner who mixes Victorian Standard Hat making with new techniques to meet today's tastes. I love sewing my little hats by hand, and also using modern methods to create little Millinery one of a kind confections. I also decorate my hats with polymer pieces that I also sell separately as pendants, pins, or wall hangings.

As a firm believer in the handcraft movement that epitomizes etsy, I not only create items for sale, but support other hand workers by buying here on etsy too. One of my favorite wishes would be that we take back our buying power from Corporate America and now China, and form a sustainable living by providing each other quality items that make life more enjoyable, and not line corporate pockets while doing so. And that women (and men) all over the world can support themselves and their families without sacrificing themselves to 80 hour or more work weeks. AI would ask you to tell your friends, family, and neighbors about etsy and what a great place it is, and I know we can achieve great things together.

I hope you enjoy my little collections.
Sincerely,
Kali
