Welcome to Gracefully Girly, where you'll find accessories with chic modern style inspired by vintage glamour, for all the special occasions in a girl's life. Hair accessories, veils, handmade flower accessories, dress sashes, and garters are a few of my best selling products. I create many custom items. How can I make your special occasion more special for you?
PRODUCTION TIMES: Typically 4-6 weeks, and is based on the number of orders currently ahead of yours. Please see the top of the shop page for current production times if it is not noted in the listings: http://www.etsy.com/shop/GracefullyGirly If you need something sooner than the stated shop production time, rush orders are accepted on a limited basis. Expedited shipping is offered for the extra cost charged by the post office.
Most items ship within the time frame listed, unless it is a ready to ship item, which ships within a couple of days. Because it is not an exact science and many factors play a part in my production timeline, my time frame is not guaranteed unless you request an upgrade to rush service.
RUSH: If you need it more quickly I offer the rush service, where I work overtime on those orders. The price varies based on size of order and time needed so please contact me for a quote and timing for rush service.
I make all the items in my home work studio. Everything is always made with care and in a clean and smoke-free environment.
Gracefully Girly products are also sold in select boutiques and to brides all over the world. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex as well as checks through PayPal or Direct Checkout on Etsy. You may even use Paypal without a PayPal account. Once payment is received, and checks have cleared, I will make and ship your items to you as soon as possible. Please note production times if items don't list that it's ready to ship! Sales tax is automatically collected for residents of California.
Please have your packages shipped to a secure location. USA: I use USPS and ship either First Class or Priority Mail (depending on the items) with delivery confirmation added to every shipment. You can expect to receive your package within 2-5 days or 2-3 days, respectively, after it has been shipped, although the post office doesn't guarantee the ship times unless you purchase the upgraded shipping methods that come with a stated guarantee. You will receive email notification through shipstation, my shipping program, when your order ships. Please check your email spam folder if you don't see the email. INTERNATIONAL- all items leaving the US: USPS First Class International, is used, which is stated as a 10 day delivery, but in my experience it often takes much longer, and often 4-6 weeks or more. Your package is not considered lost or "undelivered" until at least 8 weeks has passed. Please factor additional shipping time and production time into your timeline as some packages are held up in customs, which adds to the wait time. I am happy to upgrade you to Express shipping, which includes tracking, and insurance and takes about a week or less to arrive.
*Veils (and everything else purchased with the veil when shipped together) comes with Priority International Shipping which should take about 2-3 weeks but like any other package, it depends on the time held in your country's customs office and postal system. Tracking will show up to the US border. You may not get tracking past that point. Please request a shipping upgrade to Express or Global Express Guaranteed if you must have it by a specific date (and request your added cost) if you want your package fully tracked and to arrive more quickly. I can offer a quote for the amount charged by the postal system for your preferred shipping service.
***International buyers note: It is the responsibility of buyer for all customs fees, duties, and import charges that are levied at the time of delivery. It is your country's fee/tax on products you purchase outside of your own country.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, duties, import charges or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS! The Royal Mail is has been much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail.
Is it a gift? I can wrap and send it directly to your gift recipient for you! I can even include a note card with a special message from you too, at no extra charge. I'm happy to help make receiving a Gracefully Girly gift even more special and personal.
Refunds and Exchanges
**NOTE: As per Federal Health Regulations, any item which comes in close contact with hair or skin are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes garters, earrings, hair clips, combs, fascinators, veils, headbands, etc. A good rule of thumb, if it goes on your head, in your hair, or in your ears, it cannot be returned.
Because of the personal nature of most of the items I make, they are not returnable if they are custom or made to order. I have a listing for fabric samples so you can be sure of colors and textures.

I'm confident you will love the quality of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items I would like to hear from you. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt of your item. I use delivery confirmation to determine the date you received the item. Due to the nature of custom items, custom made pieces are final sale and not returnable. In the case a return is accepted for non-custom items, you will be refunded all except shipping fees and a restocking fee if item is received back in unworn condition. If it's damaged, I am happy to fix it, although I take great care to package so that won't happen. Please contact me prior to shipping back items as they will only be accepted if packaged properly to arrive in the condition in which they were sent to you.
RETURN SHIPPING: If there is an issue that requires you to ship back an item, please keep in mind the packaging and shipping back to me needs to be of the same quality in which the item was mailed to you and the item must in the same condition you received it. I do not accept damaged goods. The item(s) must be in brand new condition, with any tags in tact, to receive any refund that may be due, less the restocking fees. Items that arrive used or broken are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility in most situations. Please also keep in mind that for returns you are entitled to only a partial refund as there are processing/restocking fees. And shipping charges are of course, non refundable.
DAMAGED/BROKEN: Every item is handled and packaged with special care so that you can be assured it will arrive safe and sound. If it arrives broken or damaged I may be able to fix it and would be happy to try. Please contact me within the 7 day time frame. I reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund if it can not be fixed to my satisfaction.
