Welcome

Welcome to Gracie And Me... I accept custom orders, and love to work with people to give them the item they've been dreaming about.

I'm able to make multiples of every item in my shop. If it says "1 available" and you need more than one, please contact me: gracieandmedesign @ gmail.com.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about anything in my shop...or about my shop policies.

Payment

I accept PayPal (preferred) and money orders. Please be aware that I can not start making your custom made piece(s) until I have received payment.

If using PayPal, please pay immediately. Make sure you follow through the shopping steps all the way to PayPal's website. If you do not click through to PayPal your order is not complete and your payment has not be made.

If paying by money order, please contact me and let me know. If I have not received it within 2 weeks, I will have to cancel your transaction.

Shipping

I will make and ship your custom jewelry with 7 days of purchase. I will always try and surprise you by shipping it sooner than that. I always email after you place an order, to double check your personalization, and I will let you know when your package will be shipped.

Shipping within the U.S.

I ship USPS First Class mail, which usually takes 2-5 days in the United States. If you want Priority or Express mail, please let me know BEFORE you purchase so the extra postage can be added to your invoice. I'd be happy to give you an estimate first - just contact me!

I suggest purchasing insurance for your package. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me, so that I can add the insurance charges to your invoice. Again, I would be happy to give you an estimate of the charges - just contact me! I can not be responsible for packages once I leave them at the post office. If you are concerned, please buy insurance for your package.

***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***
My shipping rate is set for "International Priority Mail" - and according to usps.com, it will arrive to you in 6-10 business days. Please note that there is not insurance available on this type of shipping.

Your other international shipping options:

*If you would like a less expensive option, please contact me about the "First Class" mail option. The cost would be $8.00, however it can take up to 3-4 weeks for you to get your package. Also, please note that there is NOT tracking or insurance on your packages via first class mail.

*International EXPRESS mail is $35-$40, and the only method of shipping that offers the option to add insurance.

I can not be responsible for packages delayed or lost by the postal service or the Customs department.

Duty, taxes, and other customs fees charged on internationally shipped packages are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is against the law for me to mark international purchases as a "gift" on customs forms, please do not ask me to do so.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to describe everything carefully, and I always double check the information that you have given me. Since these are custom orders, I'm sorry, but I can not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake that is my fault.

However, if you are unhappy with your order for some reason, please contact me so that we can discuss it. If you're not happy - I'm not happy!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please remember that this jewelry is handmade, and the letters are stamped by hand, one letter at a time. Therefore the letters will not be perfectly straight/aligned, or always at the same depth in the metal. This is part of the charm and character of this type of jewelry!

Jewelry Care: Sterling Silver will tarnish if it's not worn regularly. Keep your jewelry as dry as possible, and store it in the provided anti-tarnish bag when you are not wearing it.

If you decide to clean your sterling silver jewelry, please use a sterling silver polish cloth or pad. Please do not use a liquid silver cleaner, since that will remove the darkness from the letters.

You will receive more complete instructions on how to take care of your jewelry with your order. If you lose it, please feel free to contact me so I can give you the full instructions.
